Team Leader Junior ( PULA)

The  role of Team Leader is to meet and exceed set targets through managing operational performance, attendance, and quality of products and services delivered by team members within his/her team.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•Advise the CSRs on their on-going professional development; motivate and lead the work team.
•Provide precise information to generate the earnings and growth forecast.
•Notify, guarantee and monitor the operating targets assigned to each of the CSRs forming his/her team, providing constant feedback in order to attain such targets, both in terms of quantity and quality.
Control the traffic, if applicable in the service, to adapt the distribution of tasks within the team in line with service levels

QUALIFICATIONS
•Fluent Italian, Croatian and English language.
•Strong technical skills and interest
•Helpdesk experience
•Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education. Bachelor's degree, vocational and/or university training is an advantage, together with training related with the typology associated with the service assigned to the work post.
•Office package: Excel - Intermediate /  high level;  Word - Intermediate level
